Tips Reduce Stroke Risk


Stroke is a condition caused by a disturbance of blood circulation in the brain. Stroke is a damage to the central system that begins with a disease of uncontrolled high blood pressure. Early symptoms are usually a weakness of the system tool motionand slurred speech. Here are tips on reducing the risk of stroke:

1. Control your blood pressure.
2. Reduce or maintain cholesterol levels that remained within normal limits.
3. Exercise regularly.
4. Avoid obesity.
5. No smoking.
6. Control stress.
7. Control diabetes and heart disease (if any).
8. Avoid alcohol.
9. Limit your salt intake.
10.Hindari amphetamine class of drugs, cocaine, and the like.
